Show and Tell: Ambassador Bridge Machine Embroidery
I think bridges are just plain cool. This is a picture of the bridge in my hometown, the Ambassador Bridge, which connects Windsor, ON to Detroit MI.
I made this on a piece of wool by madly machine stitching with 4 colours. Then I stretched the whole thing over a frame. It’s 4″x6″ in size and was quick, easy and fun to make.
I’d like to do more bridges, but I think next time I’ll try one of these spring needles. Anyone ever sewn with one of those?
